ORDERING
- Each of our products is MADE TO ORDER/ CUSTOM ORDER.
- Made-to-order items ship within 3-4 weeks of the order date.
- When your order is ready to ship, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.

SHIPPING
If you have special delivery instructions, please include a note in the Comments box upon placing your order. We'll do our very best to accommodate your needs.
FedEx is our preferred carrier for international shipments. Customs fees and duties are the buyer's responsibility.

Filling Spaces products are custom-made just for you. Therefore, they are not eligible for exchange or refund once production begins.
We can help you get all the details right before placing your order. In addition, we are always happy to help with questions, concerns, and recommendations, so please don't hesitate to reach out.
We have many Design Showrooms, Stores, and Trade professionals that stock our products. They will be happy to assist you with your design dilemmas.
Items purchased under Sale, Ready to ship, and from our A. Few and Found collection are considered final sales and are not returnable.
Filling Spaces has the right to cancel order if considered fraud or spam.
